Impact coaching
I provide clients with tailored advice, training, and coaching on various aspects of the impact measurement and management cycle. This includes refining theories of change, reviewing impact frameworks, and guiding impact reporting for boards and the public.
I am an active impact measurement coach of the Innoweave initiative since 2020.

Theory of Change and IMM framework
I work with clients to create a Theory of Change, conduct impact mapping, identify key outcomes, and align them with clear, measurable indicators. My focus is on helping clients evaluate, assess, and report social impact effectively, whether for key activities, programs, organizations, or funders. Together, we develop practical and measurable frameworks. With funders and organizations managing multiple programs, we make sure to uncover the full value across all activities.

Through a collaborative Theory of Change process, I engage with stakeholders to develop a clear impact measurement framework that defines success and specifies how progress will be tracked and reported. From there, I help build impact measurement and management (IMM) systems that make evaluation and reporting straightforward and effective, embedding impact measurement into the organization’s day-to-day operations.
Evaluation
I conduct program evaluations using a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods, engaging closely with stakeholders and beneficiaries. I often combine different approaches within a project to ensure the findings and recommendations are thorough and meaningful, and I’m always ready to adapt the approach to suit the specific needs of each project.

The ‘S’ in ESG

I help organizations define and measure the ‘S’ in their ESG frameworks by assisting them in developing clear social impact metrics and measurement strategies. I work with clients to identify key social outcomes, engage stakeholders, and establish effective measurement systems. This enables them to track their social value creation and communicate their impact to stakeholders more effectively.
Social Return on Investment (SROI)
Trained as a Social Return on Investment (SROI) Practitioner by Social Value UK in 2015, and actively practicing since, I help organizations understand how their programs and activities create social value. I conduct SROI analyses in alignment with Social Value International‘s principles.

SDG Impact Standards Training and Consulting
As an Accredited Trainer for the SDG Impact Standards, I provide accredited training and consulting services to enterprises aiming to embed sustainability and the SDGs into their management practices. SDG Impact Standards training equips organizations with the knowledge and tools needed to systematically integrate these standards, enhancing sustainability efforts and aligning operations with the SDGs. Through this program, I help clients drive meaningful progress toward their sustainability goals while embedding impact into the core of their business strategy.

Strategic Foresight
I offer strategic foresight services using the Natural Foresight Framework, in which I am trained and certified. Whether the goal is to build internal foresight capacity or to support strategic planning, I tailor my approach to meet each organization’s specific needs. This can involve guiding clients through the framework, running hands-on foresight workshops, or using foresight tools to inform their strategic planning process. Services may include a mix of desk research, interviews, information sessions, and workshops, all designed to address the organization’s unique context and challenges.
